INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
- 6 oz blueberries
- 1 cup angel food cake, cubed
- 24 oz vanilla yogurt
- Mint leaves, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Line bottom of each dish with a layer of strawberries and blueberries. Add a spoonful of yogurt and spread into a thin layer. Add an additional layer of berries and angel food cake and top with another spoonful of yogurt, repeating until dish is full. Top with fruit and garnish with mint.
