INGREDIENTS:
  • Park City Creamery Treasure
  • Heber Valley Queso Fresco Verde
  • Beehive Cheese Truffle Cheddar
  • Creminelli Fine Meats Whiskey Minis
  • Creminelli Fine Meats Prosciutto
  • Castelvetrano olives
  • Pepperlane Preserves "Put the Lime in the Coconut"
  • Rustic Bakery crackers
DIRECTIONS:

On a piece of slate or wooden cutting board, decoratively arrange cheeses, leaving some whole and others cut into slices.

Cut Creminelli minis into 3 pieces on the bias and form a mound of minis. Form “roses” out of prosciutto and decoratively place on board.

Put olives and preserves in ramekins and place on or near board. Serve with crackers.
