Honey-Tahini Dressing

Serves 2 cups
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:

In a blender or food processor, add lemon juice, oil, tahini, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
