Honeydew Sorbet

Serves 4
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1 tsp grated fresh peeled ginger
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt

Slice honeydew into 1″ chunks and spread out on a rimmed baking sheet. Put in freezer until frozen, 4-6 hours.

In a blender, add melon chunks, ginger, lime juice, a pinch of salt, and honey. Blend until smooth. Place back into freezer for another 30 minutes until it sets.
