INGREDIENTS:
- 6 4 oz walleye fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp onion, finely-diced
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried ground mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. If the fillets have not been skinned, place the fillets skin-side-up. In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Brush each fillet with oil mixture. Broil on low, 3-4” from heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from heat, flip fillets, and brush with remaining oil mixture. Return to oven to broil for another 4 to 7 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
