Make Your Own Sports Drink

Serves 1 qt
  • 3 1/2 cups base, such as water, tea, or coconut water
  • 1/2 cup juice, such as orange, pomegranate, or pineapple
  • 1/4 cup sweetener, such as maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt

In a pitcher, combine the base, juice, sweetener and salt and stir.

Nutrition will vary depending on base, juice and amount of salt and sugar added.
