- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup pecans
Preheat oven to 400° and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add Brussels sprouts, oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper and toss to combine. Spread evenly on prepared baking sheet and roast until edges are brown and centers are tender, stirring once after 15 minutes, 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a frying pan over medium heat, add pecans. Cook, stirring frequently until pecans are golden and fragrant, 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Top Brussels sprouts with pecans and serve immediately.
