- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 1/2 Tbsp spicy crunchy mustard
- 2 Tbsp fresh chives
- Pinch of salt
In a small bowl, add butter, mustard, chives, and salt and stir to blend.
Using parchment paper, roll butter into a cylinder shape and refrigerate. To serve, slice into rounds and serve.
