INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Ground cloves
- 1 cup rolled oats, gluten-free if necessary
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Canola oil
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 300°.
Line a 9″x13″ baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, add pepitas, walnuts, almonds, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, oats, and salt. Mix well.
Add vanilla extract, maple syrup, and canola oil. Stir to fully coat oat mixture.
Place oat mixture onto baking sheet and press flat. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Let cool completely before breaking apart.
