Peach-Pomegranate Bellini

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
  • Puree
  • 10 oz frozen peaches, thawed
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine
  • 1/2 cup grenadine syrup
DIRECTIONS:

In a blender, add peaches and simple syrup and blend until pureed. Refrigerate.

Pour 1 ounce each of peach puree into 4 champagne glasses or coupes. Pour sparkling wine into each glass, leaving a 1” space. Top each with a drizzle of grenadine.
