Peppermint Bark Eggnog

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 oz aged rum
  • 1 oz Cognac
  • 1/2 oz white crème de menthe
  • 1/2 oz white crème de cacao
  • 1/2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 whole pasteurized egg
  • Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
