INGREDIENTS:
- 6 oz Bai pineapple coconut
- 3 oz frozen pineapple, plus 1 wedge for garnish
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine Bai, pineapple, juice and rum, if using, and blend until smooth. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.
