INGREDIENTS:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
- Sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place puff pastry sheet onto a baking sheet. Place apple slices in neat rows on puff pastry, leaving about 1″ of space around border. Evenly sprinkle brown sugar and apple pie spice over apples. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake until puff pastry is light golden, about 20 minutes.
