INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup chopped jicama
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced blackberries
- 1/2 medium serrano chile, seeded and diced
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped mint
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
