INGREDIENTS:
- 1 roasted bell pepper, drained from a jar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup canned roasted tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
In the bowl of a food processor fitted with blade attachment, add all ingredients and blend to desired consistency.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat until warmed through.
