INGREDIENTS:
- 5 Tbsp meringue powder
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar, or more to thicken icing
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, add meringue powder, water, powdered sugar and lemon juice and stir to combine. If icing is too thick, add more water; if it is too thin, add more sugar.
