Shrimp, Corn, and Black Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb Harmons Corn and Black Bean Salad
  • 3/4 lb Harmons steamed shrimp
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Lime juice (optional)
  • Salad greens (optional)
  • Tortillas chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS:

In a large bowl, toss together salad, shrimp, and avocado. Season with lime juice if desired. Eat plain, on top of greens for a hearty salad, or with tortilla chips.
