INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb Harmons Corn and Black Bean Salad
- 3/4 lb Harmons steamed shrimp
- 1 avocado, diced
- Lime juice (optional)
- Salad greens (optional)
- Tortillas chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, toss together salad, shrimp, and avocado. Season with lime juice if desired. Eat plain, on top of greens for a hearty salad, or with tortilla chips.
