- 4 Harmons Bob's burgers
- 4 Harmons burger buns
- 1/2 cup cup Harmons smokey pub cheese
- 8 fried onion rings
- 16 Harmons deli-sliced tamed jalapeno chiles
Prepare a grill over medium-high heat.
Season burgers with salt and pepper and place burgers on grill. Cook burgers for 2 minutes. Turn a quarter turn and cook another 2 minutes. Flip burgers over and cook burgers for 2 minutes. Turn a quarter turn and cook another 2 minutes. until the internal temperature reaches 155°.
Slather smokey pub cheese onto each side of hamburger buns. Place cooked patty on bun. Top with 4 tamed jalapeno chiles and two onion rings.
