Spinach Balls

Serves 15 balls
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 (10 oz) pkg chopped, frozen spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Harmons Marinara Sauce
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Defrost spinach and wring well in a towel to remove excess moisture. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. Form into balls with your hands, squeezing tightly. Bake for 13-15 minutes, turning once.
