INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 1-2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 pasteurized egg (optional)
- 1/4 cup nonfat or low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup almonds (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, add banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, egg (if using), milk and almonds, if using and puree until smooth.
