- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Up to 2 tsp preferred sweetener or non-nutritive sweetener
- 1 oz dark chocolate (70-85% cacao)
- 1 oz slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup strawberries
In a plastic Tupperware or Mason jar, combine oats, oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sweetener, if using. Stir to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes and then stir again to ensure there are no clumps. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, chop the dark chocolate into small pieces. Dice strawberries. Add dark chocolate, almonds, and strawberries to the oat mixture and mix. Split into two bowls and serve cold.
