- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp bourbon
- 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp Chinese 5-spice powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
In a small bowl, add butter, bourbon, maple syrup, 5-spice, and salt and stir to blend.
Using parchment paper, roll butter into a cylinder shape and refrigerate. To serve, slice into rounds and serve.
