INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 Tbsp miso paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2-3 tsp water, if needed
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, whisk all ingredients. Whisk in water 1-2 teaspoons at a time if needed to thin. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with Falafel, pita, and fresh vegetables.
