INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, such as Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 loaf Harmons artisan ciabatta, sliced horizontally
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Harmons jalapeno cheeseball, softened
DIRECTIONS:
Slice cheese into thin slices.
Butter top and bottom of ciabatta. Open both sides of bread and place cheese on bottom half of sandwich.
In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add sandwich. Grill until lightly browned and sizzling, about 4 minutes. Turn over and grill on other side until lightly browned, sizzling and cheese has melted. Transfer grilled cheese to a cutting board and open both sides of bread. Slather jalapeno cheeseball on top of melted bread. Replace top side of bread, cut into slices and serve.
