INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
- 2 pints raspberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
DIRECTIONS:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine berries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Simmer until juices are released, about 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine water and cornstarch. Stir into berry mixture and let thicken, 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
