Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad

Serves 4-6
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Harmons fresh mozzarella, large diced
  • 4 Tbsp Harmons olive oil
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:

Add cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella in a bowl. Top with olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Gently toss ingredients.
