INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Harmons fresh mozzarella, large diced
- 4 Tbsp Harmons olive oil
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Add cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella in a bowl. Top with olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Gently toss ingredients.
