- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp Maldon sea salt flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup TRUFF Hot Sauce white
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 400°.
Line a sheet pan with foil and a wire rack.
In a large bowl, toss wings with the melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt.
Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Bake wings until they are cooked to internal temperature of 160° for about 30 minutes.
Turn off oven and allow wings to continue cooking as the oven cools, this will create extra crispy wings!
