INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 lb shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cans low-sodium white beans
- 16 oz salsa verde
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Sour cream (optional)
- Cilantro (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large pot. Simmer for 5 to 20 minutes depending on desired thickness.
