Ramen Bowls

Come join Chef Daniela as she gives you an amazing  experience about how to make Ramen! Ramen originally was created in Chinatown, but became very popular in Japan in 1859, since then it became a very big part in Japanese cuisine because it was comforting and very nutritious. Chef Daniela will teach you about the tricks and flavors from this amazing dish.   We will work in groups of four to utilize the kitchen space more effectively. There will be some hands- on and some demonstration only in this class.

Taste of Thailand : Tom Kha Gai Creamy Soup

There is nothing more comforting than a delicious bowl of soup. People believe soup is made by simply mixing ingredients, adding liquid and simmering until all is cooked. But, there is so much more about making a soup with the right texture, consistency and flavors. Chef Daniela will teach you how to make Tom Kha Gai and also demo some techniques to master this underrated dish. Teen chefs are also welcome in this class!

Chef’s Table: Retro 1920’s Valentine’s Dinner

We are celebrating Valentine’s Day  this year retro-style, with lots of gold, feathers and bling! First, enjoy a cocktail and mocktail hour with traditional hors d’oeuvres and drinks from the 1920’s on our mezzanine.  After that, we will head to our decorated cooking school and continue the party! Come dressed up in your best retro attire to participate in our best costume competition and have a chance to win two seats for a future cooking class.  Sit back and relax as Chef Daniela plans and puts in the preparation for you and that special someone to have a four-course meal together. We will have some trivia culinary questions  to make this evening complete!!

Hello friends! Join Chef Daniela as she prepares one of her favorite dishes from her native Brazil. Yes, that’s right! Chef Daniela is from Brazil and is here to take you on an amazing culinary experience. Feijoada is a communal dish served in many Brazilian restaurants on Saturdays. It’s enjoyed as a comfort food and every part of the dish has its special purpose so that when all of the ingredients are combined, you will have a party in your mouth! This class is demonstration only.
