Our young chefs will dive into the world of Mexican cuisine, we will teach them to make some easy side recipes for their ultimate taco-night. We will show them the way to salsa, and of course how to make the most popular one, “Carne Asada Taco” kids will work individually and as a group. Our hope is that they can soon be trusted to handle at list a dinner night with little to no help!

Taste the LOVE! Nothing says “I love you” more than something crafted with your hands, and in this case your Little Chef’s hands! Join us for a delightful Valentine’s Day culinary adventure where your kids will work learning to make treats for family and friends. They’ll experience the joy of both personal and group activities, learning to mix, mash, and form treats by hand, cookie cutters, or molds. They will also learn how to melt chocolate and use it to cover fruit and treats!

This is our last hands on class of the year and we want to celebrate with a night where we will cook with ease and have fun. Gather around the stove to participate in this ultimate eating experience where you will learn to sear the perfect steak. Chef Freyka will show you what all the fuss is about when it comes to dry aged steak, and let you taste the different type of steaks to educate your palate. In this hands-on experience each guest will be cooking their own steaks. Join us for this immersive experience!

Welcome the New Year! with a meal that is not only delicious but versatile!
This popular dish, shakshouka most likely originated in North Africa, specifically Tunisia , and was brought to Israel by migrating Jews. It has become exceedingly popular in Israel, where it can be found on menus in restaurants and at street food vendors throughout the country. Come join Chef Freyka in preparing this delicious dish that is universal for a breakfast, lunch or dinner savory meal. We will be preparing Pita bread from scratch and learning the art of quick pickling to add a finishing touch to our meal!

Join Chef Freyka, as she shares a great way to party, as she’s done with her family in the past! Learn to prepare a mouthwatering Kurobuta Pork Rib Schnitzel, perfectly paired with some iconic German sides. We will prepare one of the most beloved foods in Germany that tourists go home talking about… Späetzle, a light egg-flour dumpling that cooks in seconds. While in class you will have the opportunity to play some trivia games with your team for a bit of learning, and of course, good food all around the school! Today is Dr. Seuss’s birthday and that is to be celebrated and elevated here and there and everywhere! Are you ready to read and cook? The Cat in a Hat is bringing yummies for your tummies from everywhere! Join Chef Freyka and her team for a night to learn to be a child again, where you are very much encouraged to pass the baton to your mini me! Hands off, we mean it! It is time for the little ones to make their best mess, we are training the grown ups to be more like a child and the child to grow an inch or two. Cooking is easy, with a trick or two from the Chef, we will keep the cat on its toes but with a very long leash.
