Once you have tried homemade noodles, store-bought pasta will not cut it again! Making pasta is part of a timeless tradition that you will learn and pass on to your love ones. Our sauces are from scratch and you learn to make those as well.

Would you like to sweeten up your Fourth of July? We are here to help you create that special centerpiece to show off the patriotic colors on your table. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced baker, French macarons can be a little intimidating to make, but they will be an easy task after our workshop. Join Chef Freyka as she shares her love for creating, mixing and of course, eating macarons! She’ll guide you through all the steps to make these tasty morsels. This class offers a unique twist on the traditional French macaron by infusing it with some classic American flavors. Learn how to create delicious macarons that combine the delicate textures and flavors of the French pastry with the bold and familiar tastes of America. Private Registration French Cooking with Cast Iron

Are you ready to demystify the secrets for making that perfect sear and juicy center steak that are the signature of French Cuisine?!
French cuisine features simple but deep flavors, most of which are built directly into the pan as you’re cooking! This hands-on class will combine the learning of some of the most iconic French recipes and their unique techniques. We will learn about seasoning, searing, and the importance of patience when resting our steaks to ensure a succulent bite.  At the end of class, we will make sure to cover the care for the use and maintenance of your cast iron cookware.

Make-and-Take Tamales for Dinner

What’s for dinner ? Is this the question you ask yourself every day?! In this class every guest takes home a dinner for 4!
We are here to help you bring home a new and different dinner idea for your family. Chef Freyka would like to celebrate families coming together around the table, and she wants to give you a good head start on a delicious dinner. Come and learn the art of making tamales as we guide you through the process with the ease of someone who grew up making them. Though intimidating to a newcomer, they’re not difficult, and after you learn them you will be able to create memories with your family that will last a lifetime. You will be making enough tamales and sides to take home for a perfect dinner for 4.

Patisserie Éclairs and Cream Puffs

Would you like to be our guest in our French Patisserie workshop? Join Chef Freyka to learn two of the most iconic pastries sold in a French patisserie! We will be learning the technique for pâte à choux, which is a mother recipe to many other traditional French pastries. We will focus on the preparation of éclairs and cream puffs, but will discuss the many different pastries that are made with this recipe. Each guest will make a dozen of these treats to take home! This class will feature Ghirardelli Ganache kit to take home!

It’s one of the simplest ways to cook and allows us to build robust flavor with little effort. Chef Freyka will teach you about marinades, rubs, knife skills,  bread making, and, of course, how to grill inside your home! Bring the Greek flavors into your kitchen with this cooking class, and we’ll help you learn a much simpler way to infuse flavor to your meats and side dishes.

Peruvian Roads Steakhouse

Did you know that in 2018, Peru was named “World’s Leading Culinary Destination” for the sixth year in a row? Peru is Chef Freyka’s home country, and she is ready to bring Peru to your table!  She has created this menu based on the best foods to have when you are on a road trip from Lima to the countryside of la Sierra. It was hard to choose, but she is sure that these dishes represent what can be found and what has become the favorite dishes of the local and visitors traveling the roads of Peru!
