We are transforming our cooking school into a Ghirardelli treat factory! Chocolate is as versatile as it is delicious. Junior Chef: Make-and-Take Chocolate Derby Pie

Need something to get the kiddos and grandparents out of the house during Thanksgiving prep? Sign them up for this deliciously sweet class. Chocolate Derby Pies are the best kid-friendly dessert to bring to your family’s holiday party. Parents and Grandparents are welcome to participate as well. A light lunch will also be served while the pies are baking.

Executive Bourbon Steward Susan Thompson will be sharing her knowledge of bourbon as we enjoy a flight of some known and lesser-known but delicious bourbons. Chefs Jackie and Jarrett will be creating some yummy appetizers to pair with the bourbon.

Private Event: Kayenta Dinner October

For the October private dinner Chef Jackie plans to treat you to her Italian/American version of shrimp scampi served on her own preparation of linguine pasta.  The dinner will begin with an elegant starter tray, followed by a salad made with the fresh vegetables of the fall.  The evening will close with yet another favorite dessert from her own special recipes.

The class begins at 6:00 PM, on October 11 and the price for this class is $65.  What to bring?  We suggest pairing this dinner with a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Gris. Please contact me if you have general questions and/or wish to be removed from this mailing list.Bon Appetit!

Air Fryer Perfection

With an emphasis on heart-healthy principles, our nutrition and culinary experts are teaming up for a night full of wonder. Junior Chef: Sweet and Savory Handheld Tarts

Calling all Junior Chefs! You’re invited to spend the afternoon with Chef Jackie making fresh, yummy handheld tarts! We’re skipping the toaster and making them from scratch! Send your Junior Chef for a fun and educational experience learning how to make tart crust from scratch, filling, sealing, and most importantly decorating their handheld tarts.  They will also get to work with peers in a safe and helpful environment, learning new skills and techniques to use in the kitchen.
