Spend the evening with Spain’s Food and Wine Ambassador, Chef Mat Schuster as he demonstrates some of the delicious tapas and wine Spain has to offer. Chef Mat will be sharing some tapas and delicious cheese from Spain and teach you how to re-create these preparations in your own kitchens. You will leave with incredible knowledge about Spain and the wonderful foods and wine from that country. Chef Mat is also the owner of
