This sports nutrition intro series pairs a workshop with a cooking class to provide you with the knowledge and hands-on skills you need to stay properly fueled.

First attend the workshop on Wednesday, March 23rd at 7:00 pm in the City Creek second floor mezzanine conference room, where you’ll learn the foundations of good sports nutrition practices including macronutrients, hydration, nutrition timing, supplement use, and more.

 

Cooking Class

Follow-up your knowledge with a hands-on cooking class on Wednesday, April 6th at 6:00 pm in the Holladay Market Cooking School to gain experience preparing balanced meals that will take your performance to the next level.
