Hey there, budding chefs! St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, and we’re excited to invite you to our ‘Fit for a Leprechaun’ cooking class! Our Chef is all set to guide you through some delightful recipes straight from the Emerald Isle, promising to bring you heaps of good luck. Get ready to create Leprechaun Bait and whip up Shamrock Shakes alongside our mouthwatering Irish Shepherd’s Pie and Irish Soda Bread! Come join us for a ton of St. Patrick’s Day culinary fun!

Eating enough produce has numerous health benefits but can be difficult to accomplish. Join Dietitian Marisa for a tour focused on easy ways to include more produce into your meals and snacks this year.

This tour meets at the Pharmacy.

Mediterranean Gyros

Mediterranean Gyros are like a flavor fiesta in your mouth! Imagine succulent meat cooked and seasoned to perfection.  Once cooked, the meat is cut into thin, tender slices, ready to be stuffed into warm pita bread. It’s like a warm hug on a plate. Add in some juicy tomatoes, crisp onions and a dollop of cool and creamy tzatziki sauce, and you’ve got yourself a party for your taste buds! Chef Tyler’s gyros are a classic Greek dish that will transport you straight to the sunny beaches of the Mediterranean. So, grab a fork and dig in!

Junior Chef: Mosaic Sushi

No rolling for this one! Sushi doesn’t have to be complicated! In this class Chef Tyler will teach you just how easy making sushi can be. We will learn the basics of sushi and creating the beauty of these dishes but in a new way.  Mosaic sushi is done in a pan with sushi rice layered on the bottom and then cut into squares.  Then we top each square with the delicious and colorful veggies, fruit, and protiens of your choice.  Add some delicious sauces or spicy mayo and then be sure take a photo of your stunning dish before you dig in!

This class is intended for children ages 8 and up.

Junior Chef: April Fools Fake Out Food

Celebrate April Fools Day for a little bit longer with us!  We are doing a menu of “fake-out food” for this class.  It may look like one thing but it is really quite another!  With Chef Tyler, we will do some learning and some cooking that may leave you guessing. French Wine and Cheese

Do you love the French Wine and Cheese scene and are you looking to have a fun Friday night? Then this class is perfect for you! Join us for a lovely evening of French Wine & Cheese Tasting  with some carefully paired plates from Chef Tyler.  We will also be learning some fun wine and cheese facts and do some blind sips and play some guessing games on what you see, smell and taste!  This class will sell out fast, so reserve your seats today!
