Learn to prepare a mouthwatering Kurobuta Pork Rib Schnitzel, perfectly paired with some iconic German sides. We will prepare one of the most beloved foods in Germany that tourists go home talking about… Späetzle, a light egg-flour dumpling that cooks in seconds. While in class you will have the opportunity to play some trivia games with your team for a bit of learning, and of course, good food all around the school! Ghirardelli is sending us all the chocolate we need to cook up a storm, and together, we’ll discover how “Just a Spoonful of Chocolate” can transform every moment into an adventure.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the joy of cooking with Ghirardelli’s premium chocolate, finding the SNAP in everything we do. Whether it’s crafting decadent cakes or sculpting delicate truffles, Ghirardelli’s chocolate will be our guide as we explore the delicious possibilities that await.

Are you in search of a new tradition to share with your loved ones? Every 29th of the month in Argentina, gnocchi is prepared in almost every home!
Come cook alongside Chef Freyka, she is excited to show you how to make gnocchi and share a few ways to serve it that will have your family waiting for more! You will learn how to prepare gnocchi from beginning to end and work effortlessly to create a meal you won’t forget! Chef Freyka has been making gnocchi since a very young age and she will guide you with ease on how to twist your hand to get perfect gnocchi with every stroke of your fork!

Have you ever found yourself drooling over the dry aged steaks that we are so proud of at Harmons?

This is our last hands on class of the year and we want to celebrate with a night where we will cook with ease and have fun. Gather around the stove to participate in this ultimate eating experience where you will learn to sear the perfect steak. Chef Freyka will show you what all the fuss is about when it comes to dry aged steak, and let you taste the different type of steaks to educate your palate. In this hands-on experience each guest will be cooking their own steaks. Join us for this immersive experience!

Tonight, let us transport you to Spain–and bring the world to you!
Paella is considered Spain’s National dish and the best way to have it is among friends. Grab a few friends to join you, or come make some new ones! You will learn to prepare this exciting and delicious menu and participate in a fun hands-on class. Chef Freyka will guide you through her best tips and tricks for preparing a great paella. We will also be learning how to taste olive oil, taste a selection of Spanish cheeses, and enjoy delicious bread. This will be a night you cannot miss!
