A workshop you can’t miss! Learn to make a traditional Christmas Yule Log cake or Bûche de Noël from scratch with Chef Freyka! We will bake our sponge cake, create our fillings and decorations with easy ideas and scrumptious flavors. Stressed about hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year? Not to worry! Chef Daniela has prepared an amazing menu for you to serve your friends and family this holiday. She will show you all the tricks you will need to prepare this delicious feast from scratch. In this class we’ll make several delicious pies and desserts, and you will take two desserts home for your holiday meal. Chef Tara will teach you how to make rich brioche dough, and techniques for rolling it up into perfectly formed rolls– all while sipping on eggnog! (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). In this class, you will prepare 12 eggnog-flavored cinnamon rolls, right up until it’s time to bake them. Then you will take home your rolls, refrigerate them overnight, and bake them fresh in the morning. They are not easy to make, but after this class you will be able to show off your skills with precision. We will demonstrate how to make macarons using the Italian meringue method. Teams of four will work together to make these delicious gluten free cookies from scratch, and fill them Every guest will take home some macarons to share with family and friends!
