Get your kicks at City Creek as we explore the Mother Road! We’ll cruise through the heartland of America as we feature dishes from towns and cities along the iconic Route 66. Americana food culture will be the star (and stripe) of the evening. Yes, there will be barbeque! Seven courses and beverage pairings will delight your senses as the wind blows through your hair (if you have the top down…or maybe on your motorcycle?). Chef’s Table: Give My Regards to Broadway

For Pride Month, our City Creek Chefs have been hard at work listening to show tunes to create dishes inspired by Broadway! On the playbill is an elegant 7-course meal with each dish based on a favorite musical. There will be beverage pairings (some with alcohol and some without) with each course. Our pride month favorite, Whorechata, is back to add a sassy, celebratory atmosphere to our already glitzy evening.  Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show while we serve you, and take care of the dishes!

Chef’s Table: Trip to Argentina

Don’t cry for me Argentina!  Chef Daniela is very exited to present her signature Argentinean dishes. She had  the  opportunity to visit  Buenos Aires and taste their  amazing “parillada”.  This class is designed for you to come in and watch a chef in action, chef’s table classes leave guests captivated as the chef cooks and plates the meal for you, explaining the dishes as she goes.  Sit back, relax, and enjoy a great evening. To top it all off, Chef will pair her dishes with some delicious Argentinean wine tastings, with mocktails for those who don’t imbibe.

April Showers bring May Flowers! Our May Chef’s Table features flowers: as ingredients, as shapes, and as inspiration! You‘ll partake of an elegant 6-course dinner prepared lovingly and enthusiastically by City Creek’s Cooking School Chefs. Bellissimo! Come take a trip through the canals of Venice, climb the Italian Alps, and gaze at the cathedrals of Milan as we present a culinary tour of Italy in the Springtime. You’ll sample dishes that show how Italy celebrates the season of renewal with fresh vegetables, meats, pasta, and of course, wine! You’ll feel like you are relaxing among spring blossoms in the Riviera dei Fiori as we serve you an elegant 6-course meal complete with wine and beverage pairings. Don’t get up….we’ll do the dishes also!

Whiskey is a distinguished liquor that can be enjoyed on the rocks, neat, or in a mixed drink on a night out. It can also bring special flavors to sauces, entrees, and even desserts! Come join our City Creek Chefs as they explore whiskeys from around the world in all their nuances. There will be whiskey tasting-pours as we serve you an elegant 6-course dinner. We do the cooking and the cleaning so you can relax and enjoy a warm and mellow evening in honor of St. Patrick’s day. By popular demand, we are running this Chef’s Table twice (Thursday and Friday) so that more of our customers can participate in this special event.
