We’ll be tossing together toasted artisan bread, roasted chickpeas, juicy tomatoes and crisp cucumbers to compile a mouthwatering panzanella or “bread salad”. Next we’ll create a romesco sauce originating from Catalonia perfect for pairing with grilled vegetables and proteins. Served alongside will be juicy marinated chicken thighs and a seasonal fruit salad. Don’t have a garden? Great! Everyone deserves to have these fresh, flavorful recipes for summer whether you grow your own produce or not.
