At Harmons, our mission is “To value our associates and exceed the customer’s expectations,” and you are the ones who make this possible. This time of the year, we get to celebrate every one of you and the incredible work you do at Harmons. Associate Appreciation Week is our chance to thank you for making us remarkable. We could never exceed the customer’s expectations without you and all the excellent work that you do every day.
As the year comes to an end, it is time to turn the spotlight on those who make us remarkable—our associates. We take pride in acknowledging and celebrating each and every one of you and what makes you remarkable. Your dedication, passion, and effort set you apart from the rest. These recognitions allow us to celebrate our associates’ extraordinary contributions and their commitment to our customers.
Every year, Harmons recognizes five associates who go above and beyond and exceed expectations. The annual Visionary Awards give associates the opportunity to nominate their peers for the Hero Award, Customer Choice Award, Inspirational Leader Award, Innovations Award, and Community Service Award. Our associates take the standards to another level, and we are excited to celebrate the outstanding winners of these awards.
The Associate and Manager of the Year award is a recognition that celebrates the exceptional dedication, performance, and commitment of our associates and managers across all stores, the Distribution Center, Central Production and the Support Office. This annual award shows our appreciation for our remarkable associates who go above and beyond to exceed the customer’s expectations.
